Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW)
A one-day recognised course giving your team the confidence to act in an emergency until help arrives.
Workplace First Aid
The comprehensive three-day qualification for designated first aiders in higher-risk or larger workplaces.
First Aid at Work is the course the HSE recommends for workplaces with higher risks, more staff, or where a full first aider is required by your risk assessment.
Over three days learners build on emergency skills to manage a wide range of injuries and illnesses, with plenty of scenario-based practice to make the learning stick.
Practical assessment throughout, plus written or oral question papers. Certificates are issued through our approved training provider partners and are valid for three years. A two-day requalification course is available before expiry.
Designated first aiders in manufacturing, construction, hospitality, education, leisure and any workplace where a risk assessment identifies the need for a full first aider.
