Booking Terms
Confirming your places
A booking request reserves your places. We confirm within one working day by email, and your places are guaranteed once confirmed.
Payment
We invoice on booking. Invoices are payable within 14 days or before the course start date, whichever is sooner, by bank transfer using the details on the invoice.
Transfers and cancellations
- More than 14 days before the course: free transfer to another date, or a full refund.
- 7 to 14 days before: transfer to another date free of charge, or a refund of 50%.
- Less than 7 days before, or non-attendance: the full fee is payable. Delegate names can be substituted at any time.
If we cancel
If we have to cancel or move a course (for example minimum numbers are not met), you can transfer to another date or receive a full refund.
Certificates
Certificates are issued to learners who complete the course and meet the assessment standard. If a learner does not meet the standard we will offer guidance and, where appropriate, reassessment.
Your account
Booking creates a customer account for the booking contact so you can view bookings, invoices and certificates. See our privacy policy.
