Full Blue provides first aid training, event medical cover and internal quality assurance support across the UK. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website.
What we collect
When you contact us or request a quote we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, organisation and the content of your message. We also record a hashed version of your IP address and your browser type to protect the site from abuse.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, to arrange training or medical cover you have requested, and to keep records required by awarding organisations. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.
Cookies
This website uses a single, strictly necessary session cookie to protect forms from cross-site request forgery. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months. Training records are retained for the period required by the relevant awarding organisation.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or erase your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise these rights email sales@fullblue.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
