Cookie Policy

This policy explains how Full Blue Ltd uses cookies and similar technologies on fullblue.co.uk and Pulse Portal, and how you can control them. It should be read alongside our privacy policy.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies, such as session storage, work in the same way. Some are essential for a website to work; others remember your preferences or measure how a site is used.

How we use them

We keep cookies to a minimum.

  • Strictly necessary cookies keep the website secure and let you sign in to Pulse Portal. The law allows these without consent, and they cannot be switched off.
  • Functional storage remembers small preferences and allows embedded e-learning videos to play. We only use these if you agree.
  • We do not use advertising, tracking or social media cookies, and we do not currently use analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.

Embedded videos

Some e-learning lessons include videos hosted by YouTube or Vimeo. These are not loaded until you agree to functional cookies or press Play video. YouTube videos use its privacy-enhanced mode, and Vimeo videos are loaded with its "do not track" setting. Once a video plays, the provider's own cookie policy applies.

Signing in with Microsoft, Google, LinkedIn or Facebook

If you choose to sign in with one of these providers, you are taken to their website, which may set its own cookies under its own policy. We do not place their cookies on our website.

Managing cookies

You can change your choices at any time using the settings below, or the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, you will not be able to sign in to Pulse Portal or submit forms.

We ask for your choice again every 6 months, or sooner if we change how we use cookies.
