Terms of Service
Bookings
A booking is confirmed when we issue written confirmation. Course places are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Payment
Invoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise agreed. Open course places must be paid for before the course start date.
Cancellations and transfers
- More than 14 days before the course: full refund or free transfer.
- 7 to 14 days before the course: 50% of the fee is payable, or a free transfer to another date.
- Less than 7 days before the course, or non-attendance: the full fee is payable.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a course where minimum numbers are not met; in that event you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
Certification
Certificates are issued on successful completion of assessment. Learners who do not meet the standard will be offered guidance and, where appropriate, a reassessment opportunity.
Conduct
We are committed to a safe and respectful learning environment. We may ask any learner whose behaviour is unsafe or disruptive to leave without refund.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Our liability for any other loss is limited to the fees paid for the service concerned.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
