Emergency Paediatric First Aid
A one-day course covering life-saving first aid for infants and children.
Emergency Paediatric First Aid focuses on the emergencies that need action straight away. It suits people who care for children but do not need the full two-day qualification.
What the course covers
- Infant and child CPR and AED use
- Choking and the unresponsive child
- Bleeding and shock
- Seizures and minor injuries
Assessment and certification
Continuous practical assessment with a written paper. The certificate is valid for three years.
